What we can do to help your workplace


One of your employees wants to change their gender at your workplace. We work with organizations from within their structure to ensure that the workplace remains respectful and tolerant of differences in gender identity. We can help companies comply with Minnesota law and he spirit and intent of the Minnesota Human Rights Act. We provide consulting, education, training and workshops involving workplace transitions, interventions, diversity in the workplace, gender identity and transgender issues.

Transgender Specific

*     Meet with Human Resources department for initial consultation around specific transgender issues in your organization.

*     Consult on actual work place transition of a differently gendered employee or manager.

*     Meet with and train administrative/management team on gender identity and related issues.

*     Workshops and training on gender identity issues when an employee or manager transition in the workplace.

*     Our training is designed specifically for each individual workplace and its particular situation. No two are alike.


*     General training for Human Resource personnel around issues of gender identity.

*     Help Human Resources department develop workplace policies inclusive of gender identity.

*     Work with workplace diversity committees around gender identity issues to be more inclusive.

*     Basic workplace informational training on sexual orientation and gender identity issues.
