Debra Davis and the Gender Education Center specialize in gender identity issues in the workplace. Over the last 20 years we have worked successfully with dozens of companies and organizations around issues of gender identity & expression and have helped many organizations with employee transitions and updating their diversity policies to be inclusive of transgender people and employees.
